1; the money is expressed in US dollars, how much that is in my currency? This is quite simple. When joining, you enter the amount of trees you want, the amount will appear and pay pal converted to your currency to that amount. (you can abort and re-enter at any time).
2; how much of income, is paying for rewards? What is the proportion spend on land lease and tree planting? We initially plant 25% more than the nominated amount of trees sold. Half of rewards earned, would convert to discounted trees, and around 7% would be paid in cash, part of our buy back scheme. Because of excess planting, we still have 100% and will plant more, to compensate thinning.
3; how is income generated? Mainly from carbon trading, which basically are the polluters paying for a service, being our trees filtering out their carbon emission. Some food trees may also provide income.
4; how is the income calculated? The income is calculated from the total profits from revenue and we set aside sustainable dividend yearly, divide the full amount with trees you own. You will be paid accordingly to the number of trees you own. Fractions of trees credited back as operation expenditure.
5; can I sell and transfer trees? You can go to member’s area and change of ownership. If security is an issue, you can change the password from the less secure birthday, but write it into a book!
6; who is issuing the first tree? GPP’s founder Morgan Jensen, who owns the first GPP line and Dane 3 Resort P/L. He earns same rewards as members with $25 trees, and he can reach 3 levels only.
7; how safe is the investment? GPP’s outlay is limited and very predictable. Expenditure on tree planting will be restricted, responsible and a yearly report will be accessible online. Start with $25-
8; how is bushfires controlled?All our forests are reachable by fire crew and have good firebreaks.
9; how much can I expect, if I wish to sell? Once dividends are issued, dividend; yield per tree, will determine the price. E.g. a 20% per $25 tree, and you would expect $75.00, just like share prices.
10; could money go to administration rather than tree planting? All contracts will be transparent; this includes consulting and committee member charges. You elect management online.
11; how can I check that I receive the correct dividend? Go to member’s area, which will show the amount of trees you have bought and earned by rewards. Dividend allocation on yearly on-line report.
12; do GPP have a weekly newsletter? GPP will list website addresses relating to news and similar interest and concern. The list can be found in the member’s area. Please email us sites of interest.
13; will I need to pay tax? You are likely to make a significant return every year in dividends. Tax liability varies from country to country. Caution should be exercised if you intend to sell a large holding and attract tax, which may exceed revenue. Ongoing yearly dividend is easier to predict.
14; an Australian consumer protection body want GPP to explain if we are planting fully grown trees? GPP will plant siblings, mechanically and on a large scale. These small trees will establish a root system capable of supporting the tree in the allocated location and be resilient to drought.
15; am I really risking my $25.00? Dane 3 Resort is debt free and registered with ASIC. Green Planet Program is designed and intended to comply with rules of Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. The intension of the program is to fix the climate, not to scam your money.
16; how much is our carbon footprint? A car travelling 50,000 km creates 1 ton of carbon, while in the developed nations, the emission per person per year is 2 - 3 ton. To be carbon neutral, a family need 80 trees. Trees are the best carbon filter known.

The Owner’s Confirmation

It may take a few minutes for your server to advance an email, we send you as a confirmation that you have joined. Click forward and you can personalize and send to friends. Enter email address and birth date password to access your forest detail anytime. A free tree will only show when validated by participation. Rewards not claimed as cash, converts to trees at half price.

As tree owner, you get dividends from GPP’s forestry activities and carbon trading. Take note that rewards if claimed, by the original purchaser, (if applicable) for up to one year to the purchase date.

To change the ownership: sale, gift or enheritance to children. You can transfer anytime but more than a Year and a Month from date of purchase, or loose rewards if not claimed. Transfer as frequently as once in a month. To transfer, go to the member’s area, use your password and follow the prompt. There is no charge for this service. Note: revert to new owners birthday password. They can change later. GPP don’t charge fees and take no responsibilities for transfer transactions.

2: only heat or cool the area you use. Insulate windows and ceilings
3: don’t use clothes dryer. Check meter reading for fridge and plasma.
4: change car to gas, bio fuel or electric, walk, and use pushbike, bus or train.
5: find local employment, fumes causes cancer; look at fuel and quality time wasted.
6: avoid the 1 child per 4-wheel drive to school. Use bus, walk, ride or make a roster.
7: a sunny spot in garden or balcony for herbs, potatoes & greens, saves food miles.
8: use the local shops; don’t travel miles to ‘save’. Work with ‘endless’ shopping list.
9: pay for green power on bill. Be bush fire safe; don’t add your home to the co2.
10: reconsider overseas trip to closer destination or cruise. ‘Eat less, get fit’.
